AFC ’34 (Alkmaarse Football Club ’34) is a Dutch amateur football club based in the historic city of Alkmaar, located in the province of North Holland. Since our foundation on 1 June 1934, we have built a rich history and become a prominent club within the local football community.
Our club originally started out as AFC (Alkmaarse Football Club) and in 1940 changed its name to RKAFC (Roman Catholic Alkmaarse Football Club). In 1969, we adopted our current name, AFC ’34. This name reflects both our heritage and our founding year.
At AFC ’34, we strive to create an inspiring environment on and off the pitch, where players of all ages and skill levels can enjoy and develop their passion for football. Wearing our famous kit, everyone has the opportunity to participate in various teams and competitions, growing at their own pace.
