How do I sign up for a Tournament Plus package?

  • Select the Tournament Plus package

  • Click on Buy Now

  • Proceed to payment, fill in your details, and click Order and Pay

  • After a successful payment, you will receive an invoice by email.

For Tournament Plus, send your Tournify/registration link and logo to support@voetbaltoernooien.info.
For Small/Large Ads, send ready-made ad images or request design assistance (additional cost) via email.

How can I check the performance of my tournament ad?

Once your tournament ad is active, you will receive a daily email report with the following statistics:

  • Number of views

  • Number of clicks

  • Total budget

  • Budget spent

Will my subscription be renewed automatically?

No, the payment stops automatically after the selected period.
At Voetbaltoernooien.info, you only pay for the duration of the package you choose. There is no automatic renewal or subscription. We offer the following packages:

How do I manage my tournament on Voetbaltoernooien.info?
  • Create a free account using the same email address to which the tournament details were sent.
  • Go to My Account and select Tournament Pool Status.
  • Choose your tournament.
  • Update the pool status (Open / Full) in the right-hand column and click the green Save button.
What if I don’t see my tournament?

Make sure you are logged in with the correct email address you used when adding the tournament.
Still not working? Send an email to support@voetbaltoernooien.info with your tournament details.

How do I create a new tournament?
  • Scroll down and under Tournament Management, select Add tournament for free.
  • If you already have an account, go to My Account and choose Add Tournament.
    Fill in the tournament details, upload a flyer if you have one, and click the blue Next step button to submit.
  • You will receive an email once the tournament has been added.
How do I know if the information about my tournament on Voetbaltoernooien.info is correct?

When you add a tournament, you will receive an email from the admin if anything is unclear or incomplete. After your tournament is added, you’ll get a confirmation email with a link to review the details.
Every ten days, the system sends you an overview with the status of each pool.

Why doesn’t my tournament appear on the website after adding it?

After submission, our team reviews your tournament and collects the necessary information. This process can take 1 to 3 working days. You will receive an email once the tournament is live.

Is adding tournaments free?

Yes, adding tournaments on Voetbaltoernooien.info is completely free. Managing your tournament is also free of charge. This makes Voetbaltoernooien.info the perfect tool to promote your tournament. If a team cancels, you can set the pool status to “Open”, making your tournament visible to coaches looking for a spot.

How do I create a free account for coaches and tournament organizers?
  • Click on My Account (the orange icon in the top-right corner of the screen).
  • Enter your email address under Register free account.
  • Click on Register free account.
  • You will receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email to verify your account.
  • After that, you can log in using Email Login (via the link in the email) or Password Login (with your chosen password).
Is a credit card required for a free account?

No, a credit card is not needed to create a free account on Voetbaltoernooien.info. You only need a valid email address.

What can I do with a free account?

  • Search for tournaments by age group, competition level, start date, status, and country

  1. Go to “My Account” in your dashboard.

  3. Scroll down and click the grey “Delete Account” button.
