ASC Waterwijk is an amateur football club from Almere, founded on June 30, 1984, by residents of the Waterwijk district. Due to a lack of available fields, the club initially played at Sportpark Bok de Korver in the Stedenwijk area. After a few years, they moved to their current location: Sportpark Rie Mastenbroek in Kruidenwijk.
Over the years, the clubhouse has undergone several renovations—starting as a single-storey building and expanding to include a canteen and kitchen above the changing rooms, plus a meeting room in an adjacent portacabin. In the 2021/2022 season, the clubhouse was rebuilt with new changing facilities, a modern canteen, and additional meeting rooms. The renewed clubhouse is now fully future-proof.
ASC Waterwijk is a friendly and ambitious club. It strives to be a welcoming place for everyone, where players can enjoy football at their own level. The club also aims to contribute to the community through sports and social activities.
