
FC Vlotbrug is an amateur football club based in Hellevoetsluis, South Holland. The club was founded on February 1, 1979, to meet the growing demand for football clubs in this expanding municipality. The name Vlotbrug comes from the former enclave Vlotbrug, named after the floating bridges that once crossed the Voorne canal. Since the 1981/82 season, FC Vlotbrug has played at Sportpark De Kooistee, where it has its own clubhouse. With yellow and black kits and the ambition to pursue sporting success, FC Vlotbrug remains a proud representative of football in Hellevoetsluis.
