
FC Volendam is a professional football club from the Netherlands, based in the picturesque fishing town of Volendam in North Holland. Founded in 1920, the club currently plays in the Eredivisie, the top tier of Dutch football.
Known as “The Eel Farmers” (De Palingboeren), FC Volendam has a strong tradition in youth development and has produced many talented players for Dutch football.
The club plays its home matches at Kras Stadion, with a capacity of around 7,000 spectators. This stadium is also a popular venue for youth football tournaments, including the prestigious Future Stars Cup Finale 2026.
