MOC ’17 (MEVO Olympia Combination ’17) stands as a beacon of football tradition in Bergen op Zoom, North Brabant, the Netherlands. The roots of this amateur football club trace back to 1939, when a merger between MEVO (“Courage and Perseverance Prevail”, founded on March 17, 1917) and Olympia led to the formation of MOC. In 1941, the club adopted the name MOC ’39 (referencing the year of the merger), which was later changed to MOC ’17 in 1955 to honor the founding year of the oldest predecessor club.
The home ground of MOC ’17 is Sportpark Rozenoord, strategically located in the charming Warande district.
