RKAV Volendam

RKAV Volendam is a Dutch amateur football club with a rich history. The club was founded on June 1, 1920, under the name Victoria, but the name was soon changed to RKSV Volendam.

On July 1, 1977, an important split occurred within the club. RKSV Volendam divided into a professional branch, FC Volendam, and an amateur section, RKAV Volendam. This separation allowed both clubs to focus on their own goals and ambitions.

RKAV Volendam continues the rich football tradition and offers amateur players from Volendam and the surrounding area the opportunity to enjoy the game deeply rooted in the local community.
