SSS Klaaswaal

Voetbalvereniging S.S.S. is a thriving amateur football club based in Klaaswaal, a town in the municipality of Hoeksche Waard, South Holland, the Netherlands. With a history dating back to 1920, the club has a rich tradition in local football and plays an important role in the region’s sports community.

A remarkable highlight in the club’s history is the success of its first women’s team. From the 2017/18 season through 2021/22, including the two COVID-impacted seasons, they competed for five consecutive years in the Topklasse, the highest amateur level of women’s football in the Netherlands.
