SV Orion

SV Orion is a Dutch amateur football club based in the city and municipality of Nijmegen, in the province of Gelderland. The club was founded on 19 September 1938 and originated from the “Jonge Wacht,” the youth branch of the Christus Koning parish.

Since 2006, training sessions and home matches have taken place at “Sportpark Mariënbosch”, formerly the grounds of the NMHC Nijmegen hockey club, which also houses the Nijmegen-Quick tennis club. Before that, both clubs were located at “Kwakkenberg” in the neighborhood of the same name.
