V.V. OJC Rosmalen, founded in 1910 as the first football club in Rosmalen under the name ODI (Ontspanning Door Inspanning), has evolved over the past century from a small village side into one of the largest football organisations in the Netherlands. Following a merger with Juliana Hintham in 1947, RKVV OJC was formed, later becoming V.V. OJC Rosmalen in 1993. Boasting an impressive sports complex, over 2,300 members, and 400 dedicated volunteers, OJC Rosmalen provides a thriving hub for football enthusiasts of all ages. More than 100 teams At OJC Rosmalen, over 100 teams take to the pitch every week, ranging from senior and youth squads to women’s, girls’, and disability (G) teams. Even the youngest players find their feet here in our ‘toddler’ sessions. Additionally, there is a popular internal over-35s competition on Wednesday evenings, while the over-55s veterans gather at Sportpark De Groote Wielen every Thursday morning for their weekly training session. First Team and Ambitions Under the guidance of manager Willem Leushuis, who has been in charge since 2019, the first team competes in the Third Division, while the top women’s side plays in the First Division. OJC Rosmalen aims to compete at the highest level possible and is committed to promoting homegrown talent from the youth academy into the senior ranks. At OJC Rosmalen, it’s about more than just results on the pitch; it’s about fostering a true sense of community and pride in the kit.
