vv Hooglanderveen

Voetbalvereniging vv Hooglanderveen was founded on June 14, 1946 by Willem Tomassen, Herman Mossink, and Eef Mulder. The club, based in Hooglanderveen, has a rich history and has grown into a key amateur football club in the region. The first team competes in the Sunday Second Class (2022/23 season).

Since 2005, the club has played its home matches at the modern Willem Tomassen Complex, named after one of the founders. Previously, the club played at the old grounds on the Hoog en Wellerlaan. The move to the current location was in line with the development of the Vathorst residential area, allowing the club to grow along with the community.

With a strong focus on youth development and community engagement, vv Hooglanderveen is known for its contribution to local football and for bringing together football enthusiasts of all ages.
