VV Urmondia

Welcome to Urmondia, a football club with a rich history. Founded on April 28, 1928, our club has played an important role in the football community of Urmond and its surroundings ever since.

The youth department of Urmondia has grown tremendously over the past decades. Since 1940, several youth teams have been registered with the KNVB. To ensure a healthy and strong youth section, we entered into a partnership with our neighbouring club IVS a few years ago. Under the name UBC (Urmond-Berg Combination), we now participate with no fewer than 13 teams in competitions.

One of our proudest achievements is the annual international youth tournament, which has been organized since 1980. This tournament, played on three pitches of our beautiful sports complex on the Swentiboldlaan, is a true highlight for Urmond and the surrounding area. Our facilities have been thoroughly modernised by a group of volunteer builders, resulting in a fine clubhouse, a modern kitchen, a boardroom, 6 changing rooms and 2 referee rooms. Moreover, everything has been designed to be energy-efficient.
