11v11 Age Categories

• G9 – U16, U17, U18
• G12 – U14, U15

Age Dispensation

• A maximum of four players per team may be up to one year older than the age category.

8v8 Age Categories

• G Adults – Girls born on or before 31 December 2009
• G14 – U12, U13
• G16 – U9, U10, U11

Age Dispensation

• A maximum of two players per team may be up to one year older than the age category.

Tournament Format

• Every team is guaranteed to play at least five matches.
• Match duration:
  • 11v11: 1 x 25 minutes
  • 8v8: 1 x 20 minutes
• 11v11 squads:
  • Minimum 13 players
  • Maximum 22 players
• 8v8 squads:
  • Minimum 8 players
  • Maximum 16 players
• Each player may represent only one team throughout the tournament.

Key Tournament Rules

• All players and coaches must present a valid passport or official identification before their first match.
• The offside rule also applies in all 8v8 matches from the designated offside line.
• Match balls:
  • 11v11: Size 5
  • 8v8: Size 4
• Unlimited rolling substitutions are allowed, and substituted players may return to the match.
• Metal studs are strictly prohibited.
• A player receiving a red card is automatically suspended for at least the following match.
• Teams displaying serious unsporting behaviour may be expelled from the tournament.

Group Stage Ranking

If two or more teams finish with the same number of points, the ranking will be determined by:

1. Overall goal difference.
2. Overall goals scored.
3. Head-to-head result(s).
4. Head-to-head goal difference.
5. Head-to-head goals scored.
6. Penalty shootout according to FIFA regulations.

Participation Costs

Team registration fee: €150.00

This fee covers the registration of your team for the tournament. Accommodation, meals, and any additional services (if applicable) will be communicated separately by the tournament organization during the registration process.

Awards

• The top four teams in each age category receive trophies.
• Every participating player receives a medal.
• Additional individual awards are presented in each age category.

Insurance

Each participating club is responsible for arranging appropriate insurance for all players and team officials, including medical and accident insurance throughout the tournament. The tournament organization accepts no responsibility for theft, property damage, injuries, or incidents beyond its control.
