Op zondag 19 mei 2024 verwelkomen wij jullie allemaal op ons sportpark aan de Baron de Coubertinlaan 6 voor de 2de editie van ons Pinkstertoernooi. 

Dit jaar is het inschrijfgeld €25 per team. Na het aanmelden bij het wedstrijdsecretariaat op de dag van het toernooi krijg je hier, voor de waarde van €20 , muntjes voor die te besteden zijn in de kantine.

Er zal geen teruggave van geld zijn bij het niet komen opdagen.

Betalen kan via:

  • NL65INGB0005071756 tnv ASC de Volewijckers.
  • Onder vermelding van: Inschrijving pinkstertoernooi, naam van de club en de aanduiding van het team (JO).

De wedstrijden zijn 15 minuten zonder pauze. Tussen de wedstrijden is er 5 minuten pauze.

Er zijn drie wedstrijden waarna er een uitslag is. Hierna is de prijsuitreiking op veld 2.

Alle wedstrijden worden gespeeld op veld 4. Het veld is ingedeeld in 4 velden. Per poule speel je steeds op hetzelfde veld. Er zijn drie wedstrijden waarna er een uitslag is. Na de laatste wedstrijd is de prijsuitreking op veld 2.

De klasse waarin we spelen zijn: Hoofdklasse, 3e klasse en 4e klasse

JO9
Alle wedstrijden worden gespeeld op veld 3. Met uitzondering van de 4e klasse B deze spelen op veld 1. Het veld is ingedeeld in 4 velden. Per poule speel je steeds op hetzelfde veld. Er zijn drie wedstrijden waarna er een uitslag is. Na de laatste wedstrijd is de prijsuitreking op veld 2.

Locatie

Wij hebben naast een eigen parkeerterrein ook nog beperkt ruimte rondom ons park.

Met OV zijn wij ook goed bereikbaar (kijk voor meer info op www.ov9292.nl)

Kleedkamers & Waardevolle spullen

Tijdens het toernooi kunt u gebruikmaken van onze kleedkamers. Deze blijven het toernooi open en zijn toegankelijk voor iedereen. Wij adviseren u geen persoonlijke bezittingen achter te laten in de kleedkamers. A.S.C.De Volwijckers is niet aansprakelijk voor verlies, diefstal, beschadigingen.  

KANTINE

Onze kantine is tijdens het toernooi geopend , onze gastheren zullen jullie van harte verwelkomen.

EHBO 

Tijdens het toernooi hebben wij EHBO-ers rondlopen.

PRIVACY MEDEDELING

Bij het betreden van ons sportpark geven de bezoekers toestemming aan ons om foto’s of video’s die worden genomen tijdens het toernooi te gebruiken voor onze social media kanalen. Bij het niet toestaan van het gebruik, kunt u dit aan onze wedstrijdsecretariaat aangeven.
