Op 2e Paasdag, maandag 21 april 2025, organiseert VVGZ opnieuw het St. Ferenc Jeugdtoernooi. Dit bijzondere jeugdvoetbaltoernooi is niet alleen een geweldige kans voor jonge voetballers om zich te meten met andere teams, maar draagt ook bij aan een belangrijk doel: onderzoek naar kinderkanker via Stichting Ferenc.

Over Stichting Ferenc

Het toernooi is vernoemd naar Ferenc, een jeugdspeler van VVGZ die in 2005 de diagnose Neuroblastoom kinderkanker kreeg. Ondanks een overlevingskans van slechts 20% vocht hij dapper, maar overleed in 2014, net voor zijn 14e verjaardag. Zijn ouders richtten Stichting Ferenc op om onderzoek naar kinderkanker te steunen en anderen te helpen.

Door deel te nemen aan dit toernooi steun je dit belangrijke goede doel en help je mee aan de strijd tegen deze ziekte.
